Karl Lagerfeld did it again, and this time around he took the Grand Palais and turned it into a magical forest. Lagerfeld took fall to a literal meaning with his latest collection, as the entire venue was covered with tall trees and foliage all around, that immediately transported everyone to a fairy tale. His 80 plus collection included classic looks in tweed, along with fur coats and lace.
Wool long coats, printed tights and gold accents took over the runway, as the models brought the essence of Chanel to the show. The makeup was kept very minimal and natural, which gave a breath of fresh air to the runway. Lagerfeld turned into the current puffer trend, and serving up several versionsΒ for the women today.
