Spring is officially here, and especially in Florida, it’s time to hide the jackets and bring out the colors and sundresses. The weather is perfect to wear this season’s trends which go from bathrobes to one shoulder pieces, to sleeve slits and a variety of yellow hues.
Yellow
Although we haven’t seen yellow dominate the runways in a long time, this S/S season it’s all about this cheery shade. No matter what your skin tone is, this is one color that fits everyone. Designers like Coach, Delpozo and Jason Wu used this tone for their S/S collections.
Banker Stripes
Inspired by Wall Street, but tweaked for the chic gal. DKYN, Self-Portrait and Rag & Bone showcased these trends.
One Shoulder Cutout
One shoulder are back and bigger than ever! For this season, Tibi, CG and Monse strategically placed the cutouts for a maximum impact.
Sleeve Slits
This season is all about sleeve slits and labels like Prabal Gurung, Michael Kors and Lacoste proved it.
White Shirt Dress
If there is a versatile garment is a white shirt dress, and this season is all about them! Pair them with sneakers or booties and style them with belts and heavy accessories to give them a unique look.
Robes
A robe is the go-to garment for those days you don’t feel like dressing up. This S/S season pick a fancy robe, and throw it on top of a pair of jeans and tee to complete your look.
